K4 is a 100% Black, wholly owned by family trust, the Morolo Family Trust.

K4 is a company that enhances the transformation profile and credentials of investee companies.

The Morolo Family Trust also funds the Morolo Education Foundation that supports deserving children of extended family, employees and limited members of the known community around us by funding and making available tutoring, mentoring, and counselling when needed.
